Know someone who would love the Azure Ritual? Share your personal link. Your friend gets $10 off their first order of $50 or more, and once their order ships, you get $10 off your next order.

How it works

  1. Get your link. After your first purchase, you will receive a personal referral link by email. You can also find it at the bottom of every order confirmation email.
  2. Share it. Send it by text, WhatsApp, email or DM.
  3. Your friend saves $10. Their discount applies automatically at checkout on a first order of $50 or more.
  4. You get $10. When their order has shipped and the 14-day period described below has passed, we email you a $10 code for your next order.

There is no limit on how many friends you can refer, subject to the terms below.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. The Azure Clinical Referral Program ("Program") is run by Azure Clinical ("we", "us").
  2. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who have placed at least one order with Azure Clinical ("Referrer").
  3. Friend reward. A referred friend ("Friend") receives $10 off their first order with Azure Clinical where the order subtotal (after other discounts, excluding shipping) is $50 or more. One Friend reward per person, household, email address, delivery address and payment method. The Friend must be a new customer who has not previously ordered from us.
  4. Referrer reward. The Referrer receives a single-use $10 discount code for each Friend who completes a qualifying order. The code is issued 14 days after the Friend's order is dispatched, provided the order has not been cancelled or refunded in full. The code applies to a future order with a subtotal of $50 or more and expires 6 months after issue.
  5. No self-referral. Referring yourself, or creating multiple accounts or email addresses to obtain rewards, is not permitted.
  6. How to share. Share your link only with people you know, and only where they would welcome it. Do not post your link on coupon or voucher websites, spam people, or bid on "Azure Clinical" search terms. Do not make health or medical claims about our products when sharing.
  7. Combining offers. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in the same order (for example WELCOME10 or SCRATCH15). They can be used together with free shipping and the Azure Ritual duo price.
  8. No cash value. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  9. Refunds. If an order using a reward is refunded, the refund will be for the amount actually paid. If a Friend's order is refunded before the Referrer reward is issued, that reward will not be issued.
  10. Misuse. We may withhold or cancel rewards obtained in breach of these terms or through fraud, and may remove a participant from the Program for misuse. We will tell you why if we do.
  11. Changes. We may change or end the Program by updating this page. Changes do not affect rewards already earned; earned, unexpired rewards will be honoured under the terms that applied when they were earned.
  12. Your rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
  13. Privacy. When you refer a Friend, we and our referral app provider process the information needed to run the Program, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only share a friend's email address with their permission.
